Attendee Information
Venue & Parking
St Peters Church, 130 Spring Street, Tauranga.
There is plenty of free parking around the venue at the times of the school.
Tea/Coffee/Lunch on Saturday
There will be hot water available on Saturday, along with tea/coffee supplies. Please bring your own packed lunch on the day.
Venue Access
As we will be planning to use the upstairs room at the back of the facility, please ensure you arrive early and ready to begin on time. Once the downstairs doors are locked at the commencement of each session, access will not be available without arrangement.
School Materials
As part of your course fees you will receive a Mini School Manual, that will contain all the notes you will require. However, you are encouraged to bring a notebook and pens for your own note taking. Tables will be supplied for writing on, however spaces at the tables for every student may not be guaranteed depending on numbers attending.
PowerPoints
As part of the course I will be displaying many PowerPoints… these are for reference only and printouts of the PowerPoints will not be made available.
Attendance
It is a school requirement that in order to graduate, students are to attend all sessions. One evening can be missed without jeopardising your ability to graduate.
Heating
There is plenty of heating at the venue, however it is my experience that everyone feels the heat or cold differently. I encourage you to bring an additional jacket with you to suit your own needs.
Guests
You are welcome to bring guests to the school. Each guest however is only permitted to stay for one evening throughout the school. Guests who attend the first day (Saturday), who would like to stay for the entire school will be eligible, and expected to pay the full school fees.
Timetable
The following timetable outlines the dates and times of the Mini School.
Topics Outline
Each time I run a school I am asked for a breakdown of the topics, so that guests can choose appropriate evenings to attend. Although good in theory, as I move with the pace of the students attending the school, so cannot guarantee the planned topics will be kept week to week. Guests may just have to accept the topics presented on the night.
